It was a long time since I’ve posted something on the blog.
The reason is that I got pregnant, so I was kinda busy with that 🙂
I’m 5 months pregnant and we just found out that is a girl :).
I am / was more a pants kinda girl ( jeans, shorts, trousers ), but since I’m pregnant and it is summer, I tend to wear more dresses than usual.
The dress worn in this outfit it’s not a maternity dress, but it fits to my ‘new’ body perfectly 🙂
Here are some snaps from my latest outfit.
I was wearing:
H&M MidiDress / H&M Leather Jacket / Gant Sandals / Chanel Bag
Yesterday morning I attended my very first InStyle Blogger Brunch.
It was held at the beautiful Le Méridien hotel in downtown Budapest.
It was a great opportunity to meet fellow fashion bloggers, exchange ideas and talk about fashion in general. And as a special addition to it all, I got to meet the talented, beautiful and very friendly Lena Hoschek fashion designer.
She is an Austrian born designer, focusing on ’50s Housewife style, traditional Austrian folk wear and has several stores around the world, including Germany, Italy, Swiss etc. She started on her own 8 years ago and built up her business from ground up. It’s very inspirational to see her success: the famous singer Lana Del Ray wore her design at the 2013 Cannes Film Festival.
Our brunch was very casual with good topics. Everybody was so nice and friendly, a really pleasant morning and a great way to start my day.
So, thanks again for the invite InStyle, it was a pleasure meeting You all 🙂

Lana Del Rey In Lena Hoschek – 2013 Cannes Film Festival
Blue, white, nude – love this combination. I incorporate these colours in lots of my looks. When it comes to Spring & Summer, I try to wear more light colours ( white, baby blue, nude, pastel…), but I don’t ignore the black either :).
For my latest look, I wore my Mango shirt and heeled sandals with a pair of white denim and ‘throw’ a dark blue knitted cardigan just in case I was cold 🙂
I was wearing:
Mango Shirt, Heeled Sandals / Zara Jeans, Knitted Cardigan / Nanushka Bag
Spring is finally here, which means more outfit posts 🙂
For my latest look, I wore an ethnic embroidered blouse from Mango, paired with faux leather trousers, heels and denim jacket.
I love wearing blouses and loose shirts, specially in Spring & Summer, they are very feminine and chic.
I was wearing:
Gap Denim Jacket / Mango Blouse / Zara Faux Leather Trousers, Heels / Chanel Bag
This look’s shots were taken back in June, when I was on holiday at the sea.
Denim shorts come handy in summer as they can be paired with almost everything. From a day look to an evening one, the shorts are welcome in every woman’s wardrobe. If you are going for a more casual look, just pair them with a t-shirt and either flats or sandals. If you are attending a summer festival pair them with either a shirt, tank top or t-shirt. You can also glam it up for a girl’s night out by wearing it with a silky blouse and heels.
I chose to wear it with a white blouse and booties, it’s a more laid-back look, it’s great for sightseeing.
I was wearing:
Zara Blouse / D.I.Y. Zara Shorts / Mango Ankle Booties / Ray-Ban Sunglasses
Heeled, sling back, criss cross sandals, slip-on sneakers, mules – just to mention a few of spring/summer shoe trends.
I think there are a lot of women who’s weakness are shoes – I am one of them :).
Even though, I prefer flats ( ballet, slip-on, sneakers…) most of the time, but I’m not saying NO to a beautiful pair of heels either ( especially heeled sandals ).
Shoes can definitely dress a woman, even a dull or plain outfit can be glammed up with the right shoes.
Here are a few of Spring/Summer 2014 shoe trends.
My favourite ones are the open work, criss cross and heeled sandals. They are very feminine and chic. It was a big hit last year as well.
Sneakers & Slip-Ons
Very comfy, casual, perfect for running errands / shopping or for those days when you don’t really feel dressing up.
Flats & Sandals
Cross Over Sandals – I’m a bit reluctant regarding the cross over sandals. They must be really comfy, but I don’t feel like they are my style 🙂
Ballet Flats – they are my favourites as well. Can’t wait to wear them, the pointed toes are very feminine.
MCQ Alexander McQueen
Jeans are a must-have in any woman’s wardrobe. They come in every shape and colour, from skinny to flare, boyfriend, bootcut, distressed, coated to washed-out, light, blue, grey, black – you name it, they have it.
I am a fan of denim, always looking for the latest trends and at the end of the day, I stick to the black ones.
The great thing about wearing black jeans, is that they go basically with everything. Black is a basic colour and it can be mixed in several ways and worn to many occasions, outings.
Here are a few ideas on how I wear my black jeans:
Added a bit of colour by wearing it with a red jacket.
In this post, I wore my coated jeans with a turtleneck jumper and wool coat.
Added a touch of animal print to the outfit.
All black with nude.
Camel coat and black jeans combination.
You can find some of my favourite jeans on Amazon too:
For a fun, relaxed day, wear the jeans with something basic, simple. This way you will be comfy and relaxed.
What is basic and simple? It can be either a plaid t-shirt ( white, grey, pastel, blue….) or shirt ( chambray, oversized, boyfriend, nothing formal ) paired with a pair of sneakers or ballet flats. Finish the look by wearing either a denim / biker or parka jacket.
Another great option is wearing it with a camel coat. I always loved the idea of wearing a wool coat with sneakers, and I’ve incorporated it in one of my looks. You can find this look here.
Whenever I opt for a chicer look, I add a touch of femininity to it. This means mixing the black jeans with a white (silky ) blouse and a pair of either high heels or ballet flats. Even if they are flats that doesn’t mean it’s not feminine.
Accessorize it with a statement necklace or something sparkly ( bracelet, bangles, or even a sparkly blazer).
Finish your great look with either a leather biker jacket or tailored blazer!
There are companies, where the dress code policy says you can wear your jeans only on Friday. The great thing about black jeans is that you can wear them not only on Fridays, but on other days as well. It’s only a matter of how you need to wear them, not to look just like a pair of jeans.
Tip: Mix the jeans with a tailored shirt, which is already official and choose a pair of heels.
Try an all-black ensemble for a night out in the town. Wear the jeans with a silky tank-top and black heels or heeled sandals.
Add some edge by mixing it up with a black leather biker jacket.
Add a bright colour to an all black look. This means wear it with either a pair of bright coloured heels, a fuchsia blazer or a bright clutch.
Hope you loved my tips on what to wear with black jeans be it skinny or flare or boyfriend.

I was just going through my photos, and found a few snapshots, which were made by my sister, Camelia, maybe in 2012.
So I thought I will share it with you as well while reminiscing about summer 🙂
It’s a casual, but feminine look. I just love how the maxi skirt flows.
I paired it with a silky blouse and denim jacket. It can be worn for a Sunday summer stroll in the city.
